LoanCraft uses its LoanTools platform to evaluate the appropriate response depending on the situation. Not every borrower will be eligible for a modification, after discussion. In some cases, underwriting will determine that they do not have sufficient income, or their value is not sufficient, and a modification will not improve their situation. In other cases, their income or value will be such that no modification is necessary. The following diagram demonstrates a division of the cases:

The LoanCraft system combines several key elements that allow our loan consultant to ask the appropriate questions and make a uniform, specific modfication offer during the initial call. These include:
