LoanCraft believes that voice contact with the customer is essential to provide the most prudent and effective outcome. It is clear from experience to this point that this represents a big challenge. Customers are tending to ignore mail contact from their servicer, and it is estimated that more than half of foreclosures are occuring with NO contact with the borrower.
We emphasize contact and we have the resources to get it. We include the following key steps:
- Special initial mailing campaign including priority mail and encoded mail.
- Customized web site that requests best time to call and access to best numbers.
- Special scripting and explanations to make the customer comfortable with the process.
- Scripts are adjusted depending on the data gathered prior to the call.
- Intensive outbound dialing using at least 15 attempts to reach the customer.
